Ingredients

  • 80 g Green Moong Dal (soaked)
  • 300 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.25 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 50 g Grated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped)
  • 0.5 tbsp Jeera
  • 6 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add soaked green moong dal, water, oil, mustard seeds, turmeric, grated coconut, tamarind paste, chopped onion, jeera, washed curry leaves, and chopped tomato to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 5 minutes.

The device will now sauté and cook

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and sauté the ingredients for 5 minutes at 100°C. Then, switch to simmer mode at 95°C and cook for 20 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add the minced coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will continue to stir automatically. Simmer at 95°C for an additional 10 minutes.
