Add 10 cloves Garlic (peeled), 3 g Black Cardamom, 130 g Green Chilli (cutFour), 1 piece Sugar, 100 g Onion (cutFour), 30 g Ginger (peeled), 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 400 g Chicken (Curry Cut, washed) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 120°C for 60 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add 2 Tomatoes (cutTwo), 0.5 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 2 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 0.25 tsp Turmeric, 1 inch Cinnamon Stick, 2 tbsp Butter to the jar. The Upliance 2.0 will cook the chicken in tomato gravy at 95°C for 1020 minutes using automatic stirring.
No further ingredients need to be added. The Upliance 2.0 will continue to cook the chicken at 95°C for an additional 900 minutes with automatic stirring.
Garnish with remaining Kasoori Methi as needed. The Butter Chicken is ready to be served from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
