Ingredients

  • 70g Marinated Vegetables
  • 100g Soaked Basmati Rice (washed)
  • 70g Frozen Peas
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 40g Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 0.75 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tsp Veg Biryani Masala
  • 1 piece Onion (sliced)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 40g Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil

Instructions

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add sliced Onion, minced Green Chilli, peeled Garlic, Coriander Powder, Fennel Seeds, Jeera, Mint Leaves, Kashmiri Mirch, and Veg Biryani Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics and spices.

Add marinated vegetables and cook

Add 70g of Marinated Vegetables and 70g of Frozen Peas to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance stir automatically for 8 minutes. The device will now cook the vegetables.

Add rice and ghee, cook biryani

Add 100g of Washed Soaked Basmati Rice and 1 tbsp of Ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 95°C and cook for 20 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the biryani.

The Veg Biryani is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Let the rice sit for 5 minutes in the jar to fluff up. Garnish as desired and serve.
