  • 5 g ginger (peeled)
  • 1 green chili (removed)
  • 10 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 100 g sweet corn (cut)
  • 100 g carrot (washed)
  • 100 g capsicum (sliced)
  • 0.25 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.25 tsp hing
  • 0.75 tsp kashmiri mirch
  • 0.5 tbsp garam masala
  • 0.5 tsp veg biryani masala
  • 50 ml refined oil
  • 2 stems coriander leaves (minced)

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add ginger, green chili, garlic, turmeric powder, hing, kashmiri mirch, garam masala, and veg biryani masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 30 seconds.
