Add processed vegetables, capsicum, french beans, carrot, and refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until vegetables soften slightly.
Add cloves, cinnamon stick, dried red chillies, turmeric powder, sesame seeds, coriander powder, Kashmiri mirch, garam masala, and star anise to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now automatically sauté and cook these aromatics for 2 minutes at 100°C with automatic stirring.
Add remaining refined oil and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 95°C and let The Upliance 2.0 simmer the mixture for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.
Garnish with minced coriander leaves. The Veg Lahori is ready to serve.
