Add 150g chicken (cutFour), 100g onion, 4 cinnamon sticks, 10 cloves garlic (peeled), 1 inch cinnamon stick, 6g ginger (peeled), 1 dried red chilli (remove), and 4 tbsp refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until onions turn golden with automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the ingredients in the jar at 95°C for 15 minutes using the CLASSIC heating mode and automatic stirring. Then, add marinated chicken and cook at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add 200ml water, 10 stems green blended paste, and remaining ingredients to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select simmer mode at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring and a lid.
Remove the Malvani Rassa from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish as desired. The dish is ready to serve.
