Creamy and aromatic Rice Kheer aka Indian Rice Pudding is made with basic ingredients and is the quintessential Indian dessert that every Indian grows up eating. Flavored with cardamom, and nuts, it’s the best way to finish off an Indian meal

Add washed and soaked rice, milk, cashews, ghee, cardamom powder, and saffron to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
Select "Cooking Payesh" mode on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically stir and maintain a temperature of 95°C for approximately 15 minutes. The device will then lower the temperature to 20°C for 5 minutes and then raise it to 95°C again for 6 minutes, followed by another 5 minutes at 95°C. This ensures the rice cooks evenly and absorbs the milk.
After allowing the mixture to cool for 30 minutes, add shaved jaggery to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Mixing Jaggery" mode. The device will automatically stir at 20°C for 1 minute to incorporate the jaggery evenly.
Once mixed, The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Add raisins and allow to cool completely. The Payesh is ready to serve.
