Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
  • 2 pieces Dried Red Chilli (remove stem)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove stem)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 130 g Onion (cut into chunks)
  • 130 g Tomato (roughly chopped)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric Powder (none)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt (none)
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder (none)
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (none)
  • 30 ml Water (none)
  • 400 g Prawns (shelled and deveined)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add onions, garlic, dried red chillies, and green chilli to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the aromatics briefly. Afterward, add the refined oil to the jar.

The device will now sauté

Select the sauté function. The Upliance will cook the aromatics on medium heat for approximately 6 minutes with automatic stirring until the onions are golden brown.

Add spices, tomatoes, and prawns

Add tomatoes, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, and Kashmiri mirch. The device will cook the masala on medium heat for 7 minutes. Then, add the prawns and water. The Upliance will simmer the curry on medium heat for another 11 minutes with gentle stirring.

The dish is ready

The Prawn Curry is cooked to perfection. Open The Upliance jar, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve hot with rice or malabar parotta.
