Ingredients

  • 600 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 100 g Fusilli whole wheat pasta
  • 0.75 piece Capsicum (cut into quarters)
  • 120 g Zucchini (cut into quarters)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1.5 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano Seasoning
  • 0.5 tbsp Pasta water
  • 2 tbsp Spring Onion Green
  • 4 stems Cherry tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 25 g Sliced Olives
  • 10 g Walnut Kernels

Add pasta ingredients

Add water, salt, and pasta to The Upliance jar. Ensure the lid is closed.

The device will now cook the pasta

The device will cook the contents on low heat (95°C) for 13 minutes. Once done, strain the pasta, reserving some pasta water, and set aside.

Prepare vegetables and dressing

Add capsicum and zucchini to The Upliance jar; the device will cut them for 15 seconds. Add olive oil, garlic, honey, lemon juice, and seasonings. The device will mix the dressing for 2 minutes.

The dish is ready

Add the boiled pasta, olives, and walnuts back to the jar. The device will gently mix everything for 15 seconds. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
