Ingredients

  • 3 tsp Dried Red Chilli (Dried or Fresh)
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary (stems removed)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 3 stems Celery (cleaned)
  • 1 piece Onion (quartered)
  • 100 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 35 g Penne Pasta
  • 470 g Water
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 40 g Frozen Peas (washed)
  • 40 g Sweet Corn (washed)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add aromatics and vegetables

Add rosemary, dried red chilli, olive oil, peeled garlic cloves, celery stems, and the quartered onion to The Upliance jar.

Chop and Sauté

The device will chop the aromatics and sauté them on medium heat. Once done, add the carrots, jeera powder, and salt. The device will automatically cut the carrots to size.

Cook the soup

Add penne pasta, water, lemon juice, frozen peas, and sweet corn to the jar. The device will cook the soup on low heat for approximately 15 minutes with automatic stirring to ensure the pasta is perfectly done.

Serve hot

The dish is ready. Pour the soup into bowls, garnish with minced coriander leaves, and serve immediately paired with toasted bread.
