    • 4 tbsp Peanut Butter
    • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 tbsp Chilli Vinegar
    • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 3 tsp Honey
    • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 80 ml Water
    • 200 g Cabbage (cut in three)
    • 100 g English Cucumber (cut in four)
    • 1 piece Capsicum (cut in four)
    • 50 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
    • 100 g Paneer (cut)

    Instructions

    Irresistibly crunchy Thai salad with creamy peanut dressing will be your new favorite vegetable dish! Each bite packs a powerhouse of fresh superfoods. Pair with Pastas

      Prepare the aromatic dressing base

      Add peeled garlic, ginger, and spring onions to The Upliance jar alongside the dressing ingredients: peanut butter, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, chilli flakes, salt, and water.

      Add cabbage, cucumber, and capsicum to the jar. The device will chop the vegetables in under 15 seconds. Then, add the roasted peanuts and paneer to the mixture.

      The device will gently toss all ingredients at a low speed for 25 seconds to coat everything evenly in the peanut dressing. The dish is ready to serve immediately.
