Ingredients

  • 115 g Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 14 tsp Sugar
  • 180 g Banana (mashed)
  • 6 Walnuts (chopped)
  • 184 g Refined Flour (sieved)
  • 120 g Choco Chip
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 184 g TetraPak Milk

Add wet ingredients to jar

Add softened butter, sugar, mashed banana, and milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select mix mode at 20°C for 60 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now mix wet and dry ingredients

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically incorporate the sifted flour, choco chips, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon powder. Set the speed to 3 and stir for 120 seconds at 20°C. Ensure the 'scrape' function is enabled.

Add Walnuts and mix

Add chopped walnuts to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue mixing for an additional 60 seconds at 20°C with automatic stirring. Ensure the 'scrape' function is enabled.

The cake batter is ready

Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
