Ingredients

  • 50 g Soaked Millets (soaked for 2 hours)
  • 400 g Barnyard Millets
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 20 g Almonds
  • 10 g Cashews
  • 8 tsp Sugar
  • 0.75 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 100 g TetraPak Milk (full-fat)
  • 300 g Water

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add soaked millets, barnyard millets, ghee, almonds, cashews, sugar, cardamom powder, milk, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook the millets

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the mixture at 95°C for 180 minutes using the TAT heating mode. Then reduce the temperature to 90°C and continue cooking for 300 minutes at speed 14.

Repeat the above

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and continue cooking at 95°C for an additional 720 minutes using the TAT heating mode. Then switch to CLASSIC heating mode at 20°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring (stir duty 6, stir angle 140°).

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. The Millets Kheer is ready to be served hot or chilled from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
