  • 100 g Suji (dry-roasted)
  • 1.5 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 10 Cashews
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (cutTwo)
  • 1 piece Onion (remove)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 90 g Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • 40 g Frozen Peas (washed)
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 4 Coriander Leaves (mince)

Instructions

Add base ingredients to jar

Add Ghee, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Hing, Cashews, Green Chilli, Onion, Ginger, Tomato, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now sauté aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the ingredients for 30 seconds at 95°C with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add Suji, Sugar, Frozen Peas, and Garam Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 420 seconds with automatic stirring, followed by 180 seconds at 90°C.

The dish is ready

Garnish with Coriander leaves. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir for 10 seconds. The Tomato Upma is ready to serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
