Add Mustard Oil, Jeera, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Onion, Turmeric, Salt, Spicy Pickle, and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 2 minutes. The device will now sauté these ingredients.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the ingredients at 95°C for 12 minutes. This will create a flavorful base for the Achaari Paneer.
Add Tomato and Panch Phoran to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 3 minutes, followed by simmer mode at 95°C for 12 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now sauté and simmer these ingredients to create the gravy.
Once the cooking is complete, stir in the Paneer and Coriander Leaves. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir for a further 8 seconds at 20°C. The Achaari Paneer is ready to serve. Garnish as desired.
