Ingredients

  • 100 g Suji (Roasted)
  • 350 ml Water
  • 16 tsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Ghee
  • 30 g Almonds
  • 40 g Cashews
  • 20 g Raisins
  • 0.5 tsp Green Cardamom Powder

Add dry fruits

Add 30g almonds, 30g cashews, and 20g raisins to The Upliance jar.

Chop and cook syrup

The device will now chop the dry fruits. Add 350ml water and 16 tsp sugar. The Upliance will cook the mixture on medium heat for 4 minutes followed by low heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add suji and ghee

Add 4 tbsp ghee, 0.5 tsp cardamom powder, and the roasted suji to the jar. The device will sauté the mixture on medium heat for 2 minutes to combine the flavors.

Serve

The dish is ready. Serve the Suji Halwa hot and garnish with remaining cashews.
