  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Methi Seeds (none)
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli (remove)
  • 0.5 tsp Fennel Seeds (none)
  • 300 g Red Pumpkin (f4343e94-7a40-45e2-b0af-c15027df3dd6)
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Jaggery Powder (none)
  • 20 ml Water (none)

Add ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Jeera, Methi Seeds, Dried Red Chilli, and Fennel Seeds to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 30 seconds with speed 14. The device will now temper the spices.

The device will now cook the pumpkin

Add Red Pumpkin, Tamarind Paste, Turmeric Powder, Jaggery Powder, and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the cooking mode at 95°C for 10 minutes with speed 13 and stir duty 6, stir angle 140. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the pumpkin.

Repeat the above

No further additions needed. The Upliance 2.0 will continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes at 20°C with speed 1 and stir duty 6, stir angle 140, followed by another 2 minutes at 95°C with speed 14 and stir duty 6, stir angle 140.
