Add 10g poppy seeds, 8 cashews, 1 green chilli (stem removed), 2 cloves, 10g grated coconut, 0.5 tsp black pepper (whole), 4 stems coriander leaves (root cut), 2 green cardamom, 6 cloves garlic (peeled), 45ml water, and 1-inch cinnamon stick to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will blend these into a smooth paste. Set this paste aside in a separate bowl. Next, add 2 tbsp refined oil, 0.5 tsp mustard seeds, 0.5 tsp jeera, 0.25 tsp hing, and 4 leaves curry leaves (washed) to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will sauté these for 2 minutes on medium heat with automatic stirring.
Add 40g carrot (peeled and cut) and 30g potato (peeled) to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will automatically cut these vegetables for 8 seconds. Once cut, add the freshly made blended paste into The Upliance jar. The Upliance will then sauté the paste with the vegetables for 5 minutes on medium heat with automatic stirring.
Add 120ml water, 30g frozen peas (washed), 0.5 tsp salt, 60g curd, 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch, and 40g button mushrooms (cut) to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will combine these ingredients and simmer the kurma for 20 minutes on low heat with continuous automatic stirring, ensuring a rich and creamy texture.
Add 2 stems minced coriander leaves for garnish to The Upliance jar. The device will give a final gentle stir. Your creamy Saravana Bhavan Kurma is now ready to be served hot with naan or rice.
