Add the onion, garlic, green chili, parsley, and mushrooms to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut/cook the ingredients using the settings specified in steps 1.0 Cutting Mushroom and 4.0 Sautéing Aromatics.
The Upliance 2.0 will sauté the mushrooms at 95°C for 300 seconds (5 minutes) using the "TAT" heating mode and speed 14, according to step 2.0 Cooking Mushroom. Automatic stirring is enabled.
Add the Arborio rice, milk, water, salt, and pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the risotto according to step 2.0 Cooking Risotto. This involves multiple temperature and stirring phases, with a total cooking time of approximately 17 minutes.
Once the risotto is cooked, garnish with fresh basil leaves (3 leaves) in The Upliance 2.0 bowl as per step 1.0 Garnish and serve. The Mushroom Risotto is ready to be served.
