Ingredients

  • 120 g pineapple (minced)
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 0.5 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 20 g raisins (chopped)
  • 30 g cashews (chopped)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add 120g minced pineapple, 3 tbsp ghee, 0.5 tsp green cardamom powder, 20g chopped raisins and 30g chopped cashews to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook the ingredients

Select sauté mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set the temperature to 110°C and cook for 180 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will then automatically switch to a simmer mode at 95°C for 1200 seconds with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above

Add 350ml water and 14 tsp sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue cooking with automatic stirring until the halwa reaches desired consistency. Note: The Upliance 2.0 will automatically adjust cooking time based on the ingredients.

The dish is ready

Once cooking is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will notify you. Carefully remove the Pineapple Halwa from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve. Garnish with additional chopped cashews if desired.
