  • 70 g Medium Poha (sieved, washed and soaked)
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 6 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 1 piece Tomato (cut into four)
  • 1 piece Onion (cut into four)
  • 1 piece English Cucumber (cut into two)
  • 100 g Capsicum (cut into eight)
  • 20 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Prepare the dressing

Add extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, coriander leaves, salt, honey, chaat masala, and green chilli to The Upliance jar.

Add the soaked medium poha and roasted salted peanuts to the jar. The device will gently mix the salad for 15 seconds to coat ingredients evenly without mashing them.

Transfer the Poha Salad to a bowl, garnish with fresh minced coriander leaves, and serve immediately.
