Ingredients

  • 0.75 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 2 pieces Dried Red Chilli (whole)
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
  • 30 g Puliogare Powder
  • 12 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 1 tsp Tamarind Paste
  • 6 g Jaggery (shaved)
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 350 g Pre Steamed Rice

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Dried Red Chilli, Mustard Seeds, Black Sesame Seeds, Roasted Peanuts, Puliogare Powder, and Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now temper spices

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically temper the spices using the "Tempering Spices" setting at 100°C for 3 minutes with a speed of 14.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add Tamarind Paste, Jaggery, Salt, and Pre Steamed Rice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Cooking Puliogare" setting. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cook the Puliogare at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring at a speed of 13 and then simmer for 3 minutes at 20°C.
