Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 piece Onion (cut into quarters)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 100 g English Cucumber (de-seeded)
  • 10 g Roasted Salted Peanuts (cleaned)
  • 100 g Mint Leaves
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Add Aromatics

Add Refined Oil, Onion, and Green Chilli to The Upliance jar. Secure the lid and cap.

Chop and Sauté

The device will now cut the aromatics for 10 seconds, then automatically sauté them on low heat for 3 minutes until fragrant.

Add Veggies and Mix

Add the Cucumber to the jar. The device will chop it for 7 seconds. Then add Peanuts, Mint Leaves, Kashmiri Mirch, Salt, Sugar, and Lemon Juice. The device will mix gently for 1 minute.

Serve

The dish is ready. Remove the lid and transfer the Jazzy Peanuts to a serving bowl to enjoy as a snack or salsa.
