Add washed moong dal, water, almonds, cashews, grated coconut, ghee, and coconut oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the soak mode for 2 hours.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the dal at 95°C for 1200 seconds using the TAT heating mode. Separately, in a different setting, the device will sauté the dry fruits at 110°C for 120 seconds using the TAT heating mode with automatic stirring.
Add coconut milk and jaggery powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue stirring and cooking at 95°C for another 1200 seconds using the TAT heating mode. Finally, add green cardamom powder and stir for 10 seconds at a low speed.
The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Garnish with additional dry fruits as desired and serve warm.
