Add spinach, button mushrooms, and coconut oil to The Upliance jar. The device will chop these ingredients automatically before cooking.
The Upliance will sauté the spinach and mushrooms on low heat for 3 minutes with automatic stirring. Once done, the device will prompt you to remove this mixture and set it aside.
Add celery, ginger, onion, sweet potato, coconut milk, amaranth seeds, and water to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the aromatics and simmer the soup on low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
Pour the hot soup into a serving bowl. Mix in the reserved sautéed spinach and mushrooms, then garnish with lemon juice and chilli flakes.
