Ingredients

  • 1 piece Onion (remove)
  • 1 piece Ginger (remove)
  • 8 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 3 g Green Chilli (peel)
  • 1.5 piece Dried Red Chilli (cutFour)
  • 2 piece Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 60 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano Seasoning
  • 10 g Salt
  • 10 leaves Basil (wash)
  • 200 g Button Mushroom (ab492da4-449f-4b53-9795-2cbc724e43eb)
  • 1 stem Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

Add Aromatics to Jar

Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, and dried red chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 4 minutes.

The device will now cut/cook

The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the aromatics at 95°C for 4 minutes with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above

Add tomato, butter, oregano seasoning, salt, and basil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer the sauce for 8 minutes with automatic stirring. Add mushroom to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook the mushroom for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley. The Marry Me Mushroom is ready.
