Ingredients

  • 120 g chickpeas (washed and soaked overnight)
  • 500 ml water
  • 4 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 0.5 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 tbsp sumac powder
  • 35 g lemon juice
  • 45 g Greek yogurt
  • 40 g tahini
  • salt to taste

Add ingredients to jar

Add washed and soaked chickpeas, water, minced garlic, cumin powder, paprika powder, extra virgin olive oil, sumac powder, and lemon juice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0's built-in scale will automatically track the ingredients and their nutritional values.

The device will now blend

Select the "blend" mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set the speed to 6 for 30 seconds, then increase to speed 8 for 20 seconds, and finally to speed 12 for 5 seconds. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and blend the ingredients until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients

Once blended, add Greek yogurt and tahini to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "stir" mode at 20°C for 10 seconds. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir to combine the ingredients.

The dish is ready

Season with salt to taste. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically maintain the temperature at 20°C and keep the hummus ready for serving. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and garnish as desired.
