Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs (boiled and shelled)
  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 3 green cardamoms
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp kewra water
  • 2 tbsp fried onions
  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) for garnish
  • 30g soaked almonds
  • 20g soaked cashews
  • 200g soaked raisins

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add ghee, cinnamon stick, green cardamoms, cloves, and green chilies to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until fragrant. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.

The device will now cook the onion and tomato base

Add the chopped onions and tomatoes to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the simmer mode at 100°C for 8 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will automatically stir.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer

Add ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chili powder, garam masala, salt, cream, kewra water, soaked nuts, and raisins to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir gently. Select simmer mode at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.

The Egg Korma is ready

Add the boiled and shelled eggs to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Gently stir to coat with the gravy. Garnish with fried onions and fresh coriander leaves. The dish is ready to serve.
