Add Tofu, Ginger, Capsicum, Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilli, Salt, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, Curd, Mint Leaves, and Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
The Upliance 2.0 will cook the Tofu at 95°C for 4 minutes using automatic stirring. Then reduce temperature to 90°C and stir for another 3 minutes.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically stir the mixture at 20°C for 10 seconds. Then, set to 20°C for 10 seconds to finish the filling.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir the filling. Once finished, remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve as a sandwich filling.
