Ingredients

  • 1 piece Tofu (removed)
  • 50 g Ginger (rootCut)
  • 30 g Capsicum (cleaned)
  • 120 g Onion (cut in cubes)
  • 0.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 50 ml Curd
  • 30 g Mint Leaves (cutFour)
  • 30 g Coriander Leaves (cutFour)

Add ingredients to jar

Add Tofu, Ginger, Capsicum, Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilli, Salt, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, Curd, Mint Leaves, and Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook Tofu

The Upliance 2.0 will cook the Tofu at 95°C for 4 minutes using automatic stirring. Then reduce temperature to 90°C and stir for another 3 minutes.

Repeat the above

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically stir the mixture at 20°C for 10 seconds. Then, set to 20°C for 10 seconds to finish the filling.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir the filling. Once finished, remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve as a sandwich filling.
