    Ingredients

    • 100 g Broccoli (cut into florets)
    • 60 g Carrot (diced)
    • 80 g Cherry tomatoes (halved)
    • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1.5 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
    • 120 g Fusilli Pasta
    • 700 ml Water
    • 10 g Butter
    • 10 g Dill (chopped)
    • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice

    Instructions

    A simple and healthy pasta dish prepared using a steamer basket method. Steaming the vegetables helps retain their nutrients while providing a lighter and slightly different texture compared to traditional boiling methods

      Prepare ingredients and jar

      Marinate the cut vegetables with oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add water, salt, and pasta to The Upliance jar.

      Steam and boil

      Place the steamer basket containing vegetables on top of the jar. The device will cook on low heat for 13 minutes to boil the pasta and steam the vegetables simultaneously.

      Combine ingredients

      Remove the steamer basket and drain the pasta, reserving 30g of pasta water. Transfer the boiled pasta and steamed vegetables into a mixing bowl.

      The dish is ready

      Add butter, dill, lemon juice, and remaining seasoning to the bowl. Toss everything with the reserved pasta water and serve.
