Add water, ghee, quinoa, and peas to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Boiling Quinoa" preset. The device will automatically cook the quinoa at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the onions, green chilies, hing, and mustard seeds in The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Tempering Spices" preset. The device will automatically cook at 100°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.
Add carrots and cook for 5 minutes using the "Cutting Carrots" preset (20°C for 5 minutes). Add the remaining ingredients (lemon juice, peanuts, coriander, garlic) and select the "Making Upma" preset. The device will cook at 95°C for 1 minute with automatic stirring. The Upliance 2.0 will then automatically simmer for 10 minutes at 95°C.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically complete the cooking process. Strain the quinoa and peas, discarding excess water. The Quinoa Upma is ready to serve.
