Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove stem)
  • 10 Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Jeera (none)
  • 150 g Onion
  • 0.75 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 450 ml Water
  • 1 piece Dried Red Chilli (cutTwo)
  • 4 g Ginger (peel)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (mince)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Hing, Green Chilli, Curry Leaves, and Jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now sauté and blend

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the spices. Then, add Onion, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, and Water to the jar. Select blend mode at 20°C for 10 seconds with the lid on.

Add remaining ingredients and sauté

Add Dried Red Chilli, Ginger, and Coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 180 seconds with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready
