Ingredients

  • 120 g Spinach (washed)
  • 1 piece Onion (cutFour)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (removed)
  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 300 g Water
  • 40 ml Cream
  • 10 g Butter
  • 15 g Black Pepper
  • 14 g Salt

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add onion, garlic, green chili, and refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut/sauté these aromatics at 95°C for 180 seconds using automatic stirring.

The device will now cook spinach

Add spinach and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the soup at 95°C for 300 seconds, then at 95°C for 720 seconds, and finally at 90°C for 180 seconds using automatic stirring and PID control.

Add seasonings and blend

Add cream, butter, salt, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now blend the soup at 20°C for a total of 50 seconds using automatic stirring at varying speeds.

The spinach soup is ready to serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Pair with toasted bread (not included in automated process).
