Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 4 g Green Chilli (washed)
  • 4 g Garlic (minced)
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove stem)
  • 300 g Ridge Gourd (thinly sliced)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 20 g Coconut (shredded)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Mustard Seeds, Green Chilli, Garlic, and Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 2 minutes. The device will now temper the spices.

The device will now cook the ridge gourd

Add thinly sliced Ridge Gourd, Turmeric, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook for 7 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients

Add shredded Coconut and remaining Garlic and Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the palya for another 2 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.

The Ridge Gourd Palya is ready. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and maintain the temperature. Serve immediately.
