This recipe is DelishUp version of Paneer Masala. Deliciously flavorful, aromatic, rich, creamy with very low effort. Pair with naan/roti or rice

Add 130g of chopped onions, 10 stems of ginger, 1 green chili, 2 tbsp of refined oil, 0.75 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 0.25 tsp Hing, 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi, and 0.5 tsp Jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 120°C for 180 seconds.
Add 80g of tomatoes and 0.5 tsp of Garam Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the cooking mode. The device will automatically stir and cook at 120°C for 240 seconds, followed by 180 seconds at 120°C with a reduced PID constant of 50. The device will then stir for an additional 10 seconds at 20°C.
Add 200g of cubed tofu and 50g of cream to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 360 seconds, followed by 90°C for 300 seconds using automatic stirring and PID control. Add 50ml of water as needed.
Garnish with 3 tsp of coriander leaves. The Tangy Tofu is ready to serve. Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
