Ingredients

  • 100 g dried green peas (soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
  • 2 tbsp refined oil
  • 0.5 tsp fennel seeds
  • 10 curry leaves (washed)
  • 2 onions (cut into quarters)
  • 1 green chilli (stem removed)
  • 10 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 5 g ginger (peeled)
  • 1 tomato (halved)
  • 20 mint leaves (cleaned)
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 60 g potato (boiled)
  • 10 small puris
  • 10 g sev

Add aromatics to jar

Add oil, fennel seeds, hing, curry leaves, cumin, quartered onions, green chilli, garlic, and ginger into The Upliance jar.

The device will now chop the ingredients and sauté them on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes until the aromatics are fragrant and cooked.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add tomatoes, mint, coriander, spices, and the boiled peas and potato mixture. The Upliance will sauté the tomatoes on medium heat for 5 minutes, then simmer the gravy with automatic stirring for about 20 minutes until thick and flavorful.

The dish is ready

Crush the crispy puris onto a plate, pour the hot masala gravy generously over them, and garnish with chopped onions, fresh coriander, and sev before serving.
