    • 100 g dried green peas (soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
    • 2 tbsp refined oil
    • 0.5 tsp fennel seeds
    • 10 curry leaves (washed)
    • 2 onions (cut into quarters)
    • 1 green chilli (stem removed)
    • 10 cloves garlic (peeled)
    • 5 g ginger (peeled)
    • 1 tomato (halved)
    • 20 mint leaves (cleaned)
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 60 g potato (boiled)
    • 10 small puris
    • 10 g sev

    Instructions

    Masala puri is a popular Bangalore street food consisting of crispy fried puris topped with a spicy and tangy masala mixture, typically served with chutneys and garnished with fresh herbs and onions for a flavorful snack experience

      Add aromatics to jar

      Add oil, fennel seeds, hing, curry leaves, cumin, quartered onions, green chilli, garlic, and ginger into The Upliance jar.
