Ingredients

  • 140 g Spaghetti (boiled)
  • 600 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove)
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli (remove)
  • 20 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 50 g Parsley (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 120 g Pasta Water
  • 2 stem Spring Onion (chopped)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add green chilli, dried red chilli, garlic, and parsley to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select chop mode. The device will now cut these ingredients.

The device will now cook the aromatics

Add extra virgin olive oil, salt, and gochujang to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring at speed 14.

Repeat the above

Add 120g of pasta water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now create the sauce.

The dish is ready

Add the boiled spaghetti and chopped spring onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select mix mode at 90°C for 1 minute with automatic stirring at speed 14. Gochujang Pasta is ready to serve.
