Ingredients

  • 1 piece Onion (cut into quarters)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 120 g Cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 80 g Potato (cubed)
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.75 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 200 ml Water
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (fresh)

Instructions

Prepare the aromatics

Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, and refined oil to The Upliance jar.

The device will now chop and sauté

The Upliance will chop the aromatics and sauté them on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes until fragrant.

Add vegetables and spices

Add cauliflower, potatoes, turmeric, kashmiri mirch, garam masala, salt, and water to the jar.

The device will cook the vegetables on low heat for about 20 minutes with automatic stirring. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
