Add soaked Quinoa, Water, Ginger Garlic Paste, Coriander Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Veg Biryani Masala and Moong Dal Sprouts to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the Upliance 2.0 to cook at 95°C for 18 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will cook the quinoa.
Add chopped Onions to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the Upliance 2.0 to cook at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now sauté the onions.
Let the Quinoa sit in The Upliance 2.0 jar for 5 minutes. Garnish with minced Coriander Leaves and squeezed Lemon Juice. The Quinoa and Sprouts Pulao is ready.
