Ingredients

  • 90 g Quinoa (washed)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 piece Bay Leaf
  • 4 pieces Green Cardamom
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 100 g Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tbsp Veg Biryani Masala
  • 100 g Moong Dal Sprouts (washed)
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice (squeezed)

Instructions

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add Refined Oil, Bay Leaf, Green Cardamom, Turmeric, Cinnamon Stick to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the spices.

The device will now cook the Quinoa

Add soaked Quinoa, Water, Ginger Garlic Paste, Coriander Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Veg Biryani Masala and Moong Dal Sprouts to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the Upliance 2.0 to cook at 95°C for 18 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will cook the quinoa.

Repeat the above

Add chopped Onions to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the Upliance 2.0 to cook at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now sauté the onions.

The dish is ready

Let the Quinoa sit in The Upliance 2.0 jar for 5 minutes. Garnish with minced Coriander Leaves and squeezed Lemon Juice. The Quinoa and Sprouts Pulao is ready.
