Ingredients

  • 6 g Onion (peeled)
  • 8 g Ginger (none)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove)
  • 1 piece Cinnamon Stick (cutTwo)
  • 3 g Green Cardamom (none)
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick (none)
  • 30 g Cashews (6277759d-c201-4c9e-8d06-5d8c9614b305)
  • 0.5 tsp Hing (solid)
  • 4 stem Garlic (rootCut)
  • 10 g Mustard Seeds (none)
  • 2 g Clove (peel)
  • 30 ml Refined Oil (none)

Instructions

Add base ingredients to jar

Add all ingredients from the first ingredient list to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the blend mode. The device will now blend the ingredients into a paste.

Sauté the paste

Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 0.5 tsp Jeera, 0.5 tsp Cumin, 0.25 tsp Black Pepper, 5 g Curry Leaves, 4 leaves Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 2 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add vegetables and cook

Add 40 g Potato (peelncut), 40 g Carrot (wash), 30 g Cauliflower (peel) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut/cook the vegetables at 95°C for 20 minutes with automatic stirring.

Garnish and serve

Add 2 stem Coriander Leaves (mince) to The Upliance 2.0 jar for garnish. The dish is ready. Serve hot.
