Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 100g sugar
  • 250g red pumpkin (cubed)
  • 150g TetraPak milk
  • 12 tsp water
  • 0.5 tsp green cardamom (powdered)
  • 4 almonds (chopped)
  • 65g khowa
  • 36g soaked tapioca pearls
  • 130ml water (for soaking tapioca pearls)
  • 0.5 tsp saffron

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add ghee, sugar, and cubed pumpkin to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 5 minutes. The device will now sauté the pumpkin until softened.

The device will now cook the pumpkin

Add milk, water, cardamom, almonds, khowa, and saffron to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the simmer mode at 95°C for 12 minutes with automatic stirring. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir the mixture until it thickens.

Add tapioca pearls and continue cooking

Add soaked tapioca pearls to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Continue simmering at 95°C for an additional 8 minutes with automatic stirring. The Upliance 2.0 will ensure even cooking of the tapioca pearls.

The dish is ready

Once the mixture has thickened and the tapioca pearls are cooked, remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with chopped almonds and serve warm. The dish is ready to be enjoyed.
