Ingredients

  • 140 g Basmati Rice (soaked)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 1.5 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 inches Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Dried Red Chilli (remove seeds)
  • 80 g Broccoli (cut)
  • 10 g Cashews
  • 1.25 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to the jar

Add ghee, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and dried red chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Sauté the spices

The device will now sauté the spices at 110°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring at speed 14. The Upliance 2.0 will precisely control the temperature.

Add remaining ingredients

Add broccoli, cashews, coriander powder, Kashmiri mirch, salt and soaked basmati rice to The Upliance 2.0 jar along with 380g of water. The device will now cook the pulao at 95°C for 7 minutes with lid on and stirring at speed 13 for the first 5 minutes, followed by 12 minutes with lid on at 95°C with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140.

The dish is ready

Remove the Broccoli Pulao from The Upliance 2.0 jar and let it sit for 10 minutes to fluff out. Garnish with minced coriander leaves before serving.
