The device will now cook the pulao at 95°C for 7 minutes with lid on and stirring at speed 13 for the first 5 minutes, followed by 12 minutes with lid on at 95°C with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140.
Remove the Broccoli Pulao from The Upliance 2.0 jar and let it sit for 10 minutes to fluff out. Garnish with minced coriander leaves before serving.
