    Ingredients

    • 140 g Basmati Rice (soaked for 1 hour)
    • 400 ml Water
    • 1.5 tbsp Ghee
    • 2 inches Cinnamon Stick
    • 2 Black Cardamom
    • 2 Bay Leaf
    • 2 Dried Red Chilli
    • 80 g Broccoli (cut into florets)
    • 10 g Cashews
    • 1.25 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 2 tsp Garam Masala
    • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

      Add ingredients to jar

      Add ghee, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, bay leaves, dried red chillies, broccoli florets, and cashews to The Upliance jar.

      The device will now sauté

      The device will sauté the ingredients on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes with automatic stirring to roast the spices and vegetables.

      Add rice and cook

      Add salt, kashmiri mirch, coriander powder, garam masala, drained rice, and water to the jar. The Upliance will cook the mixture on low heat for about 27 minutes.

      The dish is ready

      The dish is ready. Let it sit for 10 minutes to fluff up, then garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve.
