    • 0.5 tsp Cumin Seeds
    • 1 Dried Red Chilli
    • 3 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 medium Onion (quartered)
    • 1 Green Chilli
    • 2 Tomatoes (halved)
    • 0.75 Capsicum (diced)
    • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
    • 20 g Butter
    • 40 g Fresh Cream
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    Kadai paneer is a popular Indian dish known for its rich and spicy flavors. Made with succulent paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and a blend of aromatic spices, it's rich without being oily. Pair with Naan/Rice

      Add spices and aromatics to jar

      Add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, dried red chilli, refined oil, garlic cloves, and onion to The Upliance jar. Ensure the paneer is marinated separately with the spice powders and ginger garlic paste.
