Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer (cut)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.25 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 0.5 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Jeera (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Fennel Seeds (none)
  • 1 medium Onion (remove)
  • 3 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
  • 2 Tomatoes (cutTwo)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 20 g Cream (none)
  • 40 g Butter (none)
  • 2 Green Chilli (remove)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (mince)

Instructions

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add 1 tsp Jeera, 0.5 tsp Fennel Seeds, and 1 medium Onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 minutes. The device will now sauté the spices and onions.

Cook tomatoes and spices

Add 2 Tomatoes, 0.5 tsp Turmeric, 0.5 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder, and 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the tomatoes and spices.

Add paneer and cream

Add 200 g Paneer, 0.5 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 0.5 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 0.25 tsp Kasoori Methi, 0.5 tbsp Salt, and 20 g Cream to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 95°C and cook for 12 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the paneer in the tomato gravy.

Garnish and serve

Add 2 stems Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir gently. The dish is ready.
