Kadai paneer is a popular Indian dish known for its rich and spicy flavors. Made with succulent paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and a blend of aromatic spices, it's rich without being oily. Pair with Naan/Rice
First, in a separate bowl, marinate 200 g Paneer (cut) with 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 0.5 tsp Salt, 0.25 tsp Turmeric, and 0.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste. Set aside. Next, add 3 tbsp Refined Oil to The Upliance jar. Then add 1 tsp Fennel Seeds, 0.5 tsp Jeera, 1 piece Dried Red Chilli (remove stem), 10 cloves Garlic (peeled), 1 piece Onion (quartered), and 1 piece Green Chilli (remove stem). The Upliance will now sauté on high heat for 1 minute to temper the spices, followed by a cut cycle for 33 seconds to chop the onions.
Now, add 2 pieces Tomato (cut into two), 0.5 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 0.5 tsp Sugar, 1 tsp Kasoori Methi, and 0.75 piece Capsicum (cut) to The Upliance jar. The device will now cook the mixture on medium heat with automatic stirring for approximately 6 minutes, followed by a quick blend. Then, it will continue cooking the capsicum for another 4 minutes on medium heat with automatic stirring.
Repeat the above by adding the marinated paneer (200 g), 20 g Butter, and 40 g Cream to The Upliance jar. The device will now gently simmer the Kadai Paneer on low heat with automatic stirring for 7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Note that some charring at the bottom is normal for milk-based ingredients.
The dish is ready! Carefully transfer the Kadai Paneer to a serving bowl. Garnish with 10 g Butter and 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced). Serve hot with Naan or rice.
Skip the knife work. Add the ingredients and let Upliance handle the rest.
