Ingredients

  • 150 g Thick Curd (room temperature)
  • 15 g Buckwheat Flour
  • 0.75 tsp Rock Salt
  • 0.75 tsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds) (remove)
  • 450 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove)
  • 10 Curry Leaves
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli (remove)
  • 4 g Ginger (peel)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (mince)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 150g curd, 15g buckwheat flour, 0.75 tsp rock salt, 0.75 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp cumin seeds, 450ml water to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook the base

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the mixture at 95°C for 15 minutes. This allows the buckwheat flour to combine with the curd and water and heat through.

Sauté aromatics and herbs

Add 1 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp refined oil, 1 green chili, 10 curry leaves, 1 dried red chili, and 4g peeled ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds. Then add 2 stems of minced coriander and cook for a further 30 seconds.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir the kadhi at 95°C for 15 minutes. The dish is now ready to serve.
