Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken (Biryani Cut, marinated)
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Refined Oil
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 2 Green Cardamom (whole)
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 4 tbsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 Tomato (cut into two)
  • 3 Dried Red Chilli (stems removed)
  • 2 tbsp Curry Leaves (washed)

Instructions

Add marinated chicken and spices to jar

Add the marinated chicken, ginger garlic paste, refined oil, salt, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, and Kashmiri Mirch to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook the chicken

Select the "Cook Chicken" preset on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically stir and cook the chicken at 95°C for approximately 10 minutes, followed by an additional 600 minutes at 95°C and finally 1380 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring. The lid should be on.

Add tomatoes and curry leaves to jar

Add the cut tomatoes and washed curry leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the chicken and tomatoes together for 180 seconds at 95°C with automatic stirring. The lid should be off.

The dish is ready

Once the cooking cycle is complete, carefully remove the Spiced Roast Chicken from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Serve hot with pav, naan, or parathas.
