A popular Indian breakfast dish, made in Maharashtrian-style, using flattened rice, herbs, onions, and spices
Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.25 tsp Mustard Seeds, and 10 washed Curry Leaves to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will gently temper these ingredients for 1 minute at low heat. Then, add 60 g Onion (cut into four), 0.9 piece Green Chilli (stem removed), 4 g Ginger (peeled), and 0.5 tsp Turmeric to the jar.
The Upliance will now automatically chop the aromatics for 10 seconds. Following this, it will sauté the ingredients for approximately 5 minutes at low heat until they are softened and fragrant. The Upliance ensures perfect sautéing with automatic stirring.
Add the 120 g Medium Poha (sieved and washed and mixed with 1 tsp Salt and 1 tsp Sugar), 15 g Salt, and 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice to The Upliance jar. The device will now gently combine and cook the Poha with the tempered aromatics for approximately 5 minutes at medium heat with continuous automatic stirring.
The Poha is ready. Carefully transfer the freshly cooked Poha from The Upliance jar to a serving bowl. Garnish generously with 4 stem Coriander Leaves and 30 g Roasted Salted Peanuts before serving warm.
Skip the knife work. Add the ingredients and let Upliance handle the rest.
