Amidst the summer's heat and light, a salad of mangoes is an exotic delight. Cucumber and onions add plenty of crunches while daliya provides the base for all the flavors of the dressing to soak in. Pair with Juice/Water

Ingredients

  • 50 g Daliya (washed)
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 20 Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 100 g English Cucumber (cut in eight)
  • 0.5 Onion (cut in four)
  • 0.5 Capsicum (cut in four)
  • 100 g Paneer (cubed)
  • 20 g Walnut Kernels
  • 100 g Ripe Mango (cubed)

Instructions

Add daliya to jar

Add washed daliya, water, and half the salt to The Upliance jar. Secure the lid to prepare for boiling.

The device will now cook the daliya

The device will boil the daliya on low heat for about 10-14 minutes with automatic stirring. Once cooked, strain the daliya using a sieve and set aside.

Repeat the process for dressing and salad

Add olive oil, tamarind, remaining salt, mint, and chilli to The Upliance jar; the device will mix the dressing. Add vegetables and the device will chop them. Finally, add boiled daliya, paneer, walnuts, and mango to mix.

The dish is ready

The device has gently mixed all ingredients. Transfer the salad from The Upliance jar to a bowl and serve fresh.
