Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken Breast (cubed)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 2 whole Dried Red Chillies (stems removed)
  • 130 g Onion (quartered)
  • 1 piece Capsicum (quartered)
  • 3 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 0.5 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 30 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 5 g Spring Onion Green (finely chopped)

Add aromatics and vegetables

Add garlic, ginger, dry red chillies, green chillies, quartered onions, and capsicum to The Upliance jar along with the oil.

Chop and Sauté

The device will now cut the ingredients and sauté them on medium heat for 5 minutes. The automatic stirring ensures the aromatics release flavor without burning.

Cook Chicken and Sauce

Add the marinated chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and corn flour slurry to the jar. The Upliance will cook everything on medium heat for 7 minutes until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens.

The Kung Pao Chicken is ready. Stir in the roasted peanuts and garnish with chopped spring onions before serving with rice.
