Add 1000g of unsalted butter to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Ensure the lid is off.
Select the "Melt" mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set the temperature to 110°C and the time to 2100 seconds (35 minutes). The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and maintain the temperature using PID control. The device will automatically detect when the ghee is clarified.
Once the Upliance 2.0 cycle is complete, carefully strain the ghee through a fine-mesh sieve into a separate bowl. This step is performed outside of the Upliance 2.0.
Allow the strained ghee to cool for 10 minutes. Store the cooled ghee in an airtight glass or steel container. The dish is ready.
