Add 80g soaked cowpea, 500ml water, 2 tbsp refined oil, 1 tsp turmeric, and 0.75 tsp salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select pressure cook mode at low flame for 30 minutes (5 whistles).

Add 250g chopped cabbage, 25g grated coconut, 2 pieces of onion (cut into four), 2 stems of minced ginger, 5 cloves of peeled garlic, 3g dried red chilli, and 10 washed curry leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 300 seconds (5 minutes). Then select simmer mode at 95°C for 180 seconds (3 minutes), followed by simmer mode at 95°C for 720 seconds (12 minutes) with automatic stirring.
